How to Register to the Live Chat
You Must Register your nick before any of these steps are any use to you, To learn how to register your nick then click here
After you have registered your nick you need to know how to login, Its very easy to do and these steps will teach you how to do it.
Step 1: As you may know when you first open the chat you will be a BBUSER-[RANDOM-NUMBER] - You must first change your chat nick, to do this click Menu > Change NickName
Step 2: Enter your Chat Name in the Popup Box and click submit
Step 3: If that nickname is registered a popup with the word password will appear.
Step 4: Put your Chat Password in to this box then Click Submit to login. Note: When you have changed your nick to put in your registered password, you only have 30 seconds to put in your password - Fail to do so and the network will automatically force change your nick to a iUser-[RANDOM-NUMBER] and you wont be able to login with your register nick for a few minutes - For help and assistance and for more information Join the help channel on the network, To do this type /join #Help in the chat
Step 5: Once you have clicked submit you will get a confirmation of you logging in, it will say so in the chat.
Step 6: If the password failed then it will say so as a new message and you may need to re enter it, To do this try reloading the chat and try the process again, If you have forgotten your Password then type /Join #Help and you will join the Network Help Channel, when you join that channel ask for someone to reset your password - Please make sure you have your username and email address handy and someone will reset it for you.
Step 7: If you fail to identify within 30 seconds of you changing your nickname to a register nickname then your nick will change to iUser-[RANDOM-NUMBER] and you will loose your voice setting in the chat till you change your nick to something more original.
